1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Yanoor Tour & Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- The booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
- You are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payment can be made through approved payment methods.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Bank transaction charges may apply.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund
- No refund for unused services or no-shows.
5. Travel Documents
- Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity is required.
- PAN card and passport copies must be submitted during registration.
- Visa approval is subject to Saudi Embassy discretion.
- All travelers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents.
6. Liability
Yanoor Tour & Travels shall not be held liable for:
- Delays or changes caused by airlines or government authorities.
- Loss of personal belongings or documents.
- Acts of God, war, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Health issues or personal emergencies during the trip.
7. Code of Conduct
All pilgrims are expected to:
- Maintain proper dress code and behavior during Umrah.
- Respect local customs and religious practices.
- Follow the instructions of group leaders and guides.
- Not engage in any illegal or inappropriate activities.
8. Amendments
Yanoor Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
